Strategic Development uses the method of Appreciative Inquiry in its approach to planning, operations development and training. Based on your strategic vision and goals, we determine the kind of result that you want. Then, look for what is working in your organization and seek to build on the core of what you do best. The tangible result of the inquiry process is a series of statements that describe where the organization wants to be, based on the high moments of where it has been. The information will be used to develop the new possibilities and strategies to transform the organization.
