Strategic Development is a management consultancy company, which provides guidance and solutions in critical management issues, to ensure that business gets done efficiently through managing people and other resources. We assess the needs of our clients and design the service to the specific requirements suitable to the identified needs. In this way our clients will be free to be creative, and move their organisations along the way they want them to. Then, they will be able to keep things on track and maintain control over what is really important.

Methodology
Strategic Development uses the method of Appreciative Inquiry in its approach to planning, operations development and training. Based on your strategic vision and goals, we determine the kind of result that you want. Then, look for what is working in your organization and seek to build on the core of what you do best. The tangible result of the inquiry process is a series of statements that describe where the organization wants to be, based on the high moments of where it has been. The information will be used to develop the new possibilities and strategies to transform the organization. Because the statements are grounded in real experience and history, people know how to repeat their success. So the organization will benefit tremendously.
